Pankhuri Pathak started her student political career from Delhi University, she did not get much success and joined the Samajwadi Party in the year 2010.
Pankhuri Pathak had also participated in the Kranti Rath Yatra of President Akhilesh Yadav before the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections 2012. Not only this, not only Akhilesh Yadav but also his wife Dimple Yadav was impressed by Pankhuri Pathak’s talking style, image and style.
Born in Delhi in the year 1992, Pankhuri Pathak’s father’s name is Jesse Pathak and mother’s name is Aarti Pathak. Both are doctors by profession and have private practice in Delhi. Pankhuri’s younger brother is Chirag Pathak.
Pankhuri Pathak has studied law from the renowned Hansraj College of Delhi University. She was also co-secretary in student politics after winning the 2010 elections. Pankhuri joined the Samajwadi Party in the year 2010 and also participated in the Kranti Rath Yatra of SP President Akhilesh Yadav.
Pankhuri Pathak had long ago left the Samajwadi Party due to controversies and after some time joined the Congress. At the same time, a few months before the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections 2022, husband Anil Yadav also left the Samajwadi Party and joined the Congress.
Significantly, for the Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections 2022, the Congress party had made Pankhuri Pathak its candidate from the Noida Assembly seat in Gautam Budh Nagar district, although she had to face defeat in that. Apart from including him in the party’s star campaigners in these elections, everyone from Priyanka Gandhi to Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel came to Noida to seek votes for him. It is a different matter that she lost the election, but even her opponents praised her image and decency.
