Asif Kamal (born 10 October 1989) is an Indian art connoisseur and businessman based in New Delhi. He is the founder of Alturaash Group[1] and Asif Kamal Foundation.[2]

Early life and background[edit | edit source]

Asif Kamal was born on 10 October 1989. He took his early education in India and started working at an early age. He graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the National Integrated Institute of Business Management & Technology (NIIBMT).[3]

Career[edit | edit source]

In 2010 he founded Alturaash Group in Dubai and set up first art gallery Alturaash Art in 2010. In 2019, the gallery opened a branch in New Delhi. Asif went on to establish Asif Kamal Foundation in 2019, which was an initiative to work in rural India in the areas of healthcare and school education.[4][5][6]

He started an art fund called Alturaash Art Fund, a Non Banking Financial Corporation that provides loan against modern and contemporary Indian Art with an investment of 500 crore.[3]
