Interface administrators ('interface-admins'
) are users who can edit all JavaScript (JS), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) pages and pages in the MediaWiki namespace. They are the only local user group with the ability to edit all JS/CSS pages including those of other users.
Appointment and revocation[edit | edit source]
There is no policy for the appointment and the revocation of interface administrators. Interface adminship can be requested at the Bureaucrats's noticeboard where it is granted at the discretion of a bureaucrat. Members of the community may also comment on the request but the final decision is taken by a bureaucrat.
