Irfan Attari Study in kashmir polytechnic college and started a youth organisation namely Kashmir Youth Web in 2018 which emphasizes on the social causes, issues, events/ programmes in the Kashmir valley. The main motto behind the Organisation is to provide benefits to the people and make society free from numerous social evils pertaining within it.

in 2018 Irfan Attari establish an organisation namely Kashmir Youth Web the main motive of the organisation is to promote Kashmiri culture , promote the young youth and to benefit the people.Irfan started the organisation when he saw nepotism in promoting he real talent of Kashmiri youth .
