Uppalapati Venkata Suryanarayana Prabhas Raju, popularly known as Prabhas, is an accomplished Indian actor primarily known for his work in Telugu cinema. Born on October 23, 1979, in Madras, Tamil Nadu, India, Prabhas has carved a remarkable niche for himself in the film industry.

Prabhas embarked on his acting journey in 2002 with his debut in the Telugu drama “Eeswar.” However, it was the action romance film “Varsham” in 2004 that catapulted him to fame. His exceptional talent and dedication to his craft soon earned him recognition as one of the highest-paid actors in Indian cinema.

Throughout his career, Prabhas has been a consistent presence on Forbes India’s Celebrity 100 list since 2015, reflecting his immense popularity and influence in the entertainment industry. He has garnered several accolades, including seven Filmfare Awards nominations, a Nandi Award, and a SIIMA Award, showcasing his versatility as an actor.
