Ultimate Celebrity Blackout[1] is the debut studio album by American singer Joseph Carrillo[2]. It was released on April 17, 2018, through Joseph W Carrillo Music, and was recorded at Tool Shed Studios,[3] a Skyline Entertainment Publishing[4] company.

In April 2018, Carrillo stated some of the album's content "is to promote Free Speech And Free-Press, and is Against Censorship and media Blackouts

The album opens with the first single "Don't Black Me Out", is written as a song against censorship and media blackouts while in favor of Free-Speech and Free-Press.
