Muhammad Sachal Afzal, popularly known as Sachal Afzal, is a Pakistani actor and model renowned for his contributions to both television dramas and the fashion industry. Born on August 27, 1996, in Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan, he hails from a Punjabi Jat family.

Afzal commenced his educational journey at Government College University, Lahore, where he completed his early education. He furthered his academic pursuits by earning a Political Science degree from the same institution. Later, he pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of the Punjab.

His foray into the world of modeling occurred fortuitously when he was discovered by a photographer at a Career Expo during his studies. This encounter led to the creation of a striking portfolio that garnered widespread praise on social media. Subsequently, Afzal’s modeling career flourished under the mentorship of Photographer Khawar Riaz, where he collaborated with esteemed brands such as Gul Ahmed, Big Jeans, Emporio, and Rawaj, among others. His runway appearances include prestigious events like PFDC 2018, where he showcased designs by renowned fashion icons including Ali Xeeshan, Nomi Ansari, and HSY.

Afzal’s exemplary talent and dedication to his craft were duly recognized when he clinched the Best Emerging Talent award at the 19th Lux Style Awards in 2020, becoming the sole male model to achieve this feat in two decades. The following year, he further solidified his status in the industry by winning the coveted Best Model of the Year accolade at the 20th Lux Style Awards.

In addition to his modeling triumphs, Afzal has made notable strides in the acting arena. Inspired by Bollywood luminary Sanjay Dutt, he made his acting debut in the Malaysian drama production “Sara Sajeeda” in 2019, portraying the character of Aslam. He subsequently ventured into films, appearing in “Umrao-Jan-E-Adaa” in the same year. Afzal’s acting prowess further shone through in his portrayal of diverse roles in television dramas such as “Wabaal,” “Bakhtawar,” and “Adawat,” earning him accolades including the Best Emerging Talent in Television at the 22nd Lux Style Awards.

Beyond his acting and modeling endeavors, Afzal has also ventured into music videos and television shows, displaying his multifaceted talent across various mediums.
