NIS’s role-plays, group discussions, presentations, and debates improved his communication and interpersonal skills, laying the foundation for his future success. The family’s aluminium business, which he initially joined, faced difficulties and ultimately collapsed.

To support his family, Sandeep explored various avenues, from working in marketing to manufacturing and marketing household products. During this challenging period, he left college and embarked on a journey to understand the subject of life itself.

At the age of 19, he ventured into modeling, but the rampant harassment and exploitation within the industry left him disillusioned. This negative experience ignited his determination to create positive change in the world of modeling. He started working as a freelance photographer, assisting aspiring models in building portfolios.

Subsequently, he founded Mash Audio Visuals Pvt. Ltd., focusing on portfolio creation. In 2002, Sandeep joined three friends to start a new company, which, unfortunately, closed within six months. In 2003, he authored a book on marketing and established a consultancy firm.

Despite setbacks, Sandeep’s unyielding spirit led him to achieve a remarkable feat in 2003: he created a world record by capturing over 10,000 shots of 122 models in just 10 hours and 45 minutes. This achievement earned him a place in the ‘Limca Book of World Records.’

In 2006, he established ImagesBazaar, a venture that faced numerous challenges but eventually emerged as the world’s largest repository of Indian images. It boasts more than a million images and serves over 7,000 clients across 45 countries.
